You asked me once to try and explain just how much that I love you in one word so I thought about it for several days and many nights then I came up with "time" from the beginning of until the end and everywhere in between as there is never enough in a day or not enough at night when we make love and when I am away from time moves slowly yet when you and I are together time seems to fly. Our story begins Our story begins on a warm summer night with just you and I under the light of all stars above and the glow of a pale moonlight looking down upon us from a clear midnight sky while we are busy holding on to each other tight while wrapped in nothing at all but our hopes and dreams that we both share along with everything and the taste of each other's lips left over still from our first kiss while we make love for hours then fall asleep in the others arms then wake up starting all over again until the shine of an early morning light from the beauty of a Texas sunrise when we started to plan our lives together while staring deeply into each others eyes where it felt as if time itself begin to speed up and begin to fly as many years just went on by as our story of you I continued filling those pages with so much laughter and even tears telling of sickness and fears along with memories of our children that seemed to have grown ...

Just know that even though we are many miles apart you are never all that far from my heart as you live and breath in all of the ink of every piece of poetry that I write where we are together holding hands or making love in my dreams. Poet Richard M Knittle Jr. A #Poets  Journey

let me know what y'all think of the song called "Forever's Lie" Forevers lie They say that love will find you when you ain't look'n now I know that's true but the part they forgot to mention is love will leave you blue while lost in the lie that forever will tell and feeling the lonely too. Chorus I will never be lonely with all your memories living still inside for I have not had the chance to tell them you were gone or never even said your goodbyes let them still believe in forever for a little while longer so my heart will not fall to pieces and my soul won't start to cry. The time we shared together was the best times of my life and even though we said forever I never knew it was that short of time, you stole my heart the night we danced and we shared our first kiss and even though I will be okay you are someone my soul will surely miss.
